Wholesale Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

West & Wilder currently ships wholesale orders within the United States.

Wholesale orders are sold and shipped in full case quantities. The minimum wholesale order is one (1) case.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. West & Wilder is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

West & Wilder does not currently offer free shipping on wholesale orders. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or provided as part of your order confirmation.

Complimentary local delivery may be available for qualifying accounts within select service areas. Please contact us for availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt.

Damaged, Short, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery.

Any damaged products, shortages, or shipping errors must be reported to West & Wilder within five (5) business days of delivery by emailing hello@westandwilder.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the affected product(s)
• Photos of the shipping carton and packaging, if applicable

West & Wilder will review each claim and may provide replacement product, account credit, or a refund when appropriate.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, wholesale orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns may be authorized only in cases of:

• Product damaged during transit
• Product defect or quality issue
• Shipping error made by West & Wilder

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from West & Wilder.

Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

At our discretion, West & Wilder may issue account credit in lieu of a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the terms of this policy.
